Following points was worthy of note

• As soon as IMC got the information, they recognized my number without any further details and confirmed that they will arrange pick up
• Within minutes Mr Bilal called me and confirmed his arrival and also arrived in exactly 40 minutes as he promised.
• It was easy to communicate with him as he knew English and also web savy as I could send my location on whats app
• Loading was done very quickly and he dropped the car in the workshop all on his own based on the whatsapp location.
• He was very friendly and fully followed the covid protocol

Thank you to *Vishnu Balachandran* for his outstanding service today with my broken down Range Rover Sport.

He arrived quickly as requested as we were stuck in the heat with no AC & I had my small daughter with me.

He also kept me updated with his ETA on Whatssap & offered to drive us to the nearest taxi. We had been stuck trying to start my car for 2 hours & Vishnu offered to buy us water.
